B.A. CEILS – Comparative, European and International Legal Studies
CEILS provides its students with an authentic international experience and an all-encompassing education in comparative, European, international, and transnational law. Together with other national legal systems, elements of Italian law are taught within the European, comparative, and international framework.
CEILS aims to provide high-quality teaching in small classes under the supervision of international and Italian academics. Students will be exposed to a variety of methodologies, disciplinary traditions, and jurisdictions. Courses cover a broad range of fields and enhance the comparative, international, and transnational dimensions of law.
CEILS offers its students the opportunity of an authentic international learning experience. The Faculty of Law of Trento is one of the leading Italian legal research institutions. It is a dynamic and inspiring place to study. It enjoys a diverse student body and plays an important role in the education of lawyers, legal experts, and academics.
Last but not least, CEILS students have the opportunity to apply for internship programs in international institutions. The diversity of the student community enhances their learning commitment and intensifies their contact with other cultures. The CEILS curriculum is taught by Italian and foreign professors, who have wide-ranging research and teaching experience in Trento and abroad.
